Working Principle
The vibration source is divided into single motor and dual motor structures. The material running trajectory has various adjustment forms, which significantly increases the applicability of the equipment; the direct discharge of materials has a greater processing capacity. It is mostly used for rough screening and precision screening of granular powders in flour, starch, washing powder, metal powder, additives, chemical industry, non-mineral and other industries. It has large processing capacity and can be easily integrated with the production line. Can choose between 600MM to 1800MM.
The vibrating motor utilizes two sets unbalanced eccentric blocks to convert the rotary motion of vibrating motor into the resultant force with horizontal direction, vertical direction and inclined direction. Then, the vibrating motor conveys the power to screen surface and achieves the purpose of screening. The machine can change the power and the trajectory of raw material through change the phase angle and the weight of the eccentric block.
